Did you know the world’s most famous Rosés are blended wines? Learn from our master winemaker how Australian varietals are blended into delicious Rosé. Join our class and receive three 300ml pourings of premium wine, and work with our winemaker to craft your own Rosé.

Champagne Master Class
Learn all there is to know about the world of Champagne. Sample four (4 ) non-vintage, premium Champagnes (110ml flutes) and discover the history of famous Champagne wineries including Moet Chandon, Pommery, Mumm, and Veuve Clicquot. Enjoy the sparkling tastes with a complimentary rustic cheese board.
